YOUTH SPORTS HAS CHANGED.
The biggest advantage in youth sports today isn't talent.
It's having a clear plan.
The days of the "organic athlete" are behind us, because athletes don't accidentally reach the next level anymore.
To be successful in sports today, athletes need more than talent.
They need a clear plan to develop their athleticism, skills, game IQ, mental toughness, and elite habits over time.
That's why we created the Youth Sports Success Summit.
Join college coaches, sports performance experts, and trusted voices in youth sports for four days of conversations that will change the way you think about athlete development—and give you a roadmap for helping youth athletes reach their next level.
Do you have a plan?
2 TRACKS. ONE GOAL.
Helping More Youth Athletes Succeed.
Parents and coaches have different roles.
But both have a huge impact on a young athlete’s experience.
That’s why this year’s Summit brings them together.
SPORTS PARENT TRACK
For parents who want to enjoy the journey while giving their athlete every opportunity to succeed.
You’ll get expert advice to help you:
Understand what your athlete actually needs to get better
Make smarter decisions about teams, training and what’s next
Support big goals without taking the joy out of the game
Know what matters — and what doesn’t.
YOUTH COACH TRACK
For coaches who want to win games AND develop athletes.
You’ll hear from experts about how to:
Run practices that actually develop players
Build confident, competitive and coachable athletes
Create better relationships with parents and players
Because great youth coaches don’t just win games.
They develop athletes.
About Youth Sports Success Summit
It’s Time to Have the Conversations That Matter in Youth Sports.
Youth sports is more competitive than ever. The stakes feel higher, the costs are rising, and parents and coaches have more information — and more opinions — coming at them than ever before.
But there’s a gap between doing more and actually developing better athletes.
That’s why we created the Youth Sports Success Summit — to bring together parents, coaches and experts who know youth sports to have conversations, share advice, and get clear on what it actually takes for young athletes to achieve success in sports.
What You’ll Experience at
The Youth Sports Success Summit
This isn’t just another online event—this is the playbook for getting youth sports right.
Over 3 powerful days, you’ll get answers to the biggest questions in youth sports:
What actually develops a great athlete?
When should an athlete specialize?
Does private training actually work?
Why do some athletes look great in practice but struggle in games?
Your kid isn’t getting playing time. Now what?
When is it time to change teams?
How can coaches develop confident competitors?
What should young athletes actually be eating?
How can parents support without coaching from the sidelines?
How can coaches and parents work better together?
When should families start thinking about preparing for college?
What do NIL and social media mean for young athletes?
How do we make competitive sports accessible to more families?
How do we keep more kids in sports?
This is the event that pulls back the curtain and gives you the truth about youth sports—so you know what matters, and what doesn’t for an athletes long term success.
You Should Attend The
Youth Sports Success Summit If…
1
You Want to Know What Actually Develops Successful Athletes
There’s no shortage of advice about what youth athletes should be doing. Hear from people who know youth sports about what actually helps athletes get better, compete, and reach their next level.
2
You Want Answers To Questions
That Keep You Up at Night
When should athletes specialize? How do we build confidence? What role should parents play? What makes a great youth coach? We’re asking the questions that matter — and bringing in experts to help answer them.

You Believe Youth Sports
Can Be Better
Competitive and fun. Challenging and rewarding. A place where athletes can chase big goals, parents can enjoy the journey, coaches can develop great players, and more kids get the opportunity to play.
Meet Your Host
Coach Nate Daniels is the owner of Next Level Athletes and host of the Next Level Athletes Podcast with a passion for helping parents, athletes, and coaches navigate the world of competitive youth sports.
With over 20 years of experience coaching and mentoring athletes, Coach Daniels has worked with athletes at all levels, from beginners to elite performers.
Before becoming a coach, he lived the athlete journey himself.
Nate was a collegiate All-American at Ferrum College, earned an opportunity with the Baltimore Ravens at Rookie Camp, and played professional arena football for 6 seasons.
He’s since been inducted into both the Ferrum College Alumni Sports Hall of Fame and Fairfax High School Sports Hall of Fame.
But after decades around sports, Coach knows that there is no single team, trainer, camp or shortcut that creates a great athlete.
Great athletes are developed over time.
And there are a lot of things happening in youth sports today that we need to talk about.
That’s why Coach created the Youth Sports Success Summit.
To bring together people who know youth sports to answer the questions that matter.
And help parents and coaches get clearer about what young athletes actually need to succeed.
