The Youth Sports Success Summit is a 3-day virtual event + exclusive VIP Day 4 with Coach Daniels, bringing together sports parents, youth coaches and experts to answer youth sports’ biggest questions and explore what it actually takes for young athletes to succeed.

How The Event Will Work
The Youth Sports Success Summit will take place October 19–21, 2026, with three days of expert sessions followed by an exclusive Day 4 experience with Coach Daniels for VIP attendees on Friday, October 23 at 1 PM ET.

THE SUMMIT WILL FEATURE 2 TRACKS
For the first time, the Youth Sports Success Summit is bringing together the two groups with the biggest influence on the youth sports experience: sports parents and youth coaches.
The Sports Parent Track will tackle the questions families are asking about athlete development, teams, training, confidence, recruiting and navigating the journey.
The Youth Coach Track will focus on developing better athletes, running better practices, communicating with parents, building strong team cultures and helping players reach their next level.
For Contributors
We've made contributing to this year's Summit as simple and flexible as possible.
No presentation to create. No slides.
No interview to schedule.
We'll work with you to identify a topic that aligns with your expertise and the Summit's focus on what it actually takes for youth athletes to succeed.
From there, you'll receive a private recording link with a short series of questions from Coach Daniels.
Simply click the link, record your answers on your own schedule, and submit.
Our team will take it from there — editing your responses into your final Summit expert session.
All recordings must be submitted by October 2, 2026.
During the Summit
Your expert interview session will be featured during one of the Summit's three days and included in either the Sports Parent Track or Youth Coach Track.
We'll also have a private Summit community where attendees can continue the conversation, connect with contributors, and ask questions. We encourage contributors to stop in during the event, introduce themselves, and engage with attendees when their schedule allows.
We'll Make Promotion Easy, Too
Next Level Athletes will begin promoting the Summit on September 28, with contributor promotion beginning October 5.
We'll provide everything you need to share your involvement, including:
Email copy • Social media copy • Promotional graphics • Your unique affiliate link • A suggested promotion schedule
You can use the materials yourself or simply hand them off to your team.
Earn Affiliate Commissions
Contributors will receive a unique affiliate link and earn commission on sales of the VIP All-Access Pass generated through their referrals.
The VIP All-Access Pass gives attendees lifetime access to all Summit sessions, a private audio feed to listen on the go, and access to the exclusive Day 4: Office Hours with Coach Daniels.
That means you can share valuable information with sports parents and coaches, introduce your work to a new audience, and earn affiliate revenue — without creating a presentation, bonus resource, or promotional offer.
You bring your expertise. We'll handle the rest.
The Ask
So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you?
1. BASIC INFORMATION
The first thing we’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and featured experts page. Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily - it takes just 5-10 minutes.
Basic information is due ASAP to update the contributor page on the website.
2. RECORD YOUR EXPERT SESSION
Next up: sharing your expertise!
This year, we're making contributing to the Youth Sports Success Summit simpler than ever.
No presentation to create. No slides. No interview to schedule.
We'll work with you to identify a topic that aligns with your expertise and the Summit's focus on what it actually takes for youth athletes to succeed.
From there, we'll create a short series of interview-style questions specifically for your topic and send you a private recording link.
Simply click the link, answer the questions on camera, and hit submit.
You'll be able to record on your own schedule — no coordinating calendars with Coach Daniels or our team.
Don't worry about making your answers overly polished or scripted. We're looking for the same kind of honest, expert conversation you'd have if you were sitting down with Coach for a podcast interview.
Our team will take your individual responses and edit them together into a polished expert session for the Summit.
What We're Looking For
Bring your experience, perspective and expertise.
Depending on your topic, Coach's questions may ask you to share:
What you're seeing in youth sports right now
What parents, coaches or athletes often get wrong or misunderstand
What you've learned from your experience and expertise
What you believe actually works
What parents or coaches should know or consider moving forward
You don't need to create a formal presentation, teach a step-by-step system or prepare a sales pitch.
Just answer the questions like you would in a great conversation. We'll handle the rest.
All contributor recordings are due by October 2, 2026.
3. SHARE YOUR FREE RESOURCE + GROW YOUR AUDIENCE
We want the Summit to help our contributors grow their audience, too.
You're invited to share one existing free resource or opt-in offer that we'll feature alongside your Summit session, giving attendees an easy way to learn more from you and join your email list.
This could be:
A guide, checklist or workbook
A free training or video
A quiz or assessment
A newsletter or email series
Another free resource you already offer
No need to create anything new.
Simply share an existing resource that's already connected to your business and email funnel.
We'll also feature your website and social media links so attendees can easily connect with you after the Summit.
4. PROMOTION
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on October 5th.
You’ll want to share using your affiliate link so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any VIP All Access Pass sales.
Swipe copy and graphics to copy and paste for easy summit promotion will be emailed to you in advance of the event.
5. EVENT PARTICIPATION
And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since you’ll already have done the work of submitting your interview and resource links, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!
All I ask is that you participate in the Summit Community group to be available for any questions or comments related to your presentation.
Affiliate Details
All contributors will have the opportunity to earn commissions on sales of the VIP All Access Pass through our affiliate program.
Payouts will be made by November 15.
The commission structure is as follows:
40% for all summit expert contributors
The pricing structure will be:
$47 for the VIP All Access Pass
To make it as easy as possible for you to promote and make sales, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.
Just remember to use your affiliate link.
As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
