Aisha Foy is a former student-athlete and NCAA Women of the Year Nominee with a resume that includes the Radford Athletics Female Senior Leader of the Year and the Radford University Established Leader Award. In college, she decided to pursue her purpose and passion, do whatever it takes to become the best version of herself, and set an example for others, as outlined in her book, Success is My Major. 
 
After graduating from Radford University, she served as Graduate Assistant Coach for Southeast Missouri and then became Director of Recruiting at the University of Kentucky. In her 5 seasons with Kentucky Women's Basketball, Aisha utilized branding strategies to support recruiting efforts and campaigns that pioneered change in how Women's Basketball programs use social media to recruit. She was part of a staff supporting coaches who secured a top 10 recruiting class in 2020 and an SEC Championship in 2022. Aisha held NIL responsibilities once the law passed in July 2021.

She has extensive knowledge and practice building a personal brand as an author and social media consultant for small business owners. Now, she uses that experience to coach and support athletes in building their brands, achieve their goals, and position them for NIL opportunities through her NIL Consulting Program, Major NIL Success
