Amy Saltzman M.D. is an athlete, mindfulness coach, holistic physician, and devoted student of transformation. She is the author of A Still Quiet Place for Athletes: Mindfulness Skills for Achieving Peak Performance and Finding Flow in Sport and in Life.  The book was Changing the Game Project’s 2018 book of the year for Athletes. 
 
Her passion is working and playing with athletes of all ages and abilities- youth athletes, many national champions, elite athletes competing at the international level, pros and D1 athletes (including an athlete suffering from multiple injuries who went on to become an NCAA Division 1 MVP, and a PAC-12 freshman of the year). She has shared mindfulness with university teams and athletic departments.
 
Dr. Amy’s offerings allow any athlete or team to develop the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual skills for finding flow. She offers in-person and online mindfulness trainings, to individual athletes, coaches, and teams.
