Andrea Leggett and Warren Carroll have a combined 30+ years of experience working with children and families. Our work has included therapeutic day schools, foster care case management, community-based therapy, behavior support, summer camps, and more. Our philosophy is that children are best supported when the adults around them have the skills to foster healthy relationships. We provide material for any adult who deals with children - parents, educators, youth sports coaches, and everyone in between. All of our content is relationship-focused and helps adults build their skills in working with children.

Andrea is a Masters' level social worker who has worked with children and families for her entire career. She is also a parent of twins. Warren is a lifelong advocate for children and families and proud father who currently devotes most of his time to coaching youth teams.
