Dianne DeNecochea is a college recruiting advisor and the founder of ProActive Volley, educating and guiding volleyball players and their parents as they navigate the college volleyball recruiting process. She played college volleyball at the University of Tennessee, pro indoor in Europe for 5 seasons, pro beach volleyball on the AVP for 11 seasons and the FIVB for 4 seasons. She is the parent of two daughters who are college volleyball players, which is how Dianne started her journey to becoming a recruiting advisor. Dianne educates and advises high school age volleyball players and their parents on how to start the recruiting process, how to communicate with college coaches, strategize and organize their process, and what to do each step of the way. Dianne helps de-mystify the recruiting process and removes overwhelm and uncertainty for players and their parents. Dianne is from Michigan and now lives in San Diego, CA.
