So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you?

1. BASIC INFORMATION

The first thing we’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and Speakers page. Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily - it takes just 5-10 minutes.

Basic information is due ASAP to update the speaker page on the website.

2. PRESENTATION OR SCHEDULED INTERVIEW

Next up is your presentation or to get your interview scheduled!

Presentation requirements: share a 10-20 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while feeling engaged in the process.

Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they've really learned something.

With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:

• Slides

• No slides (just you talking into the camera)

• A mixture of the two

No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future once the summit is over.

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested outline for your video presentation:

• A quick introduction - who you are, your background, your area of expertise

• An overview of your topic

• Where sports parents or athletes go wrong/don’t understand

• Teaching section (ie. the solution)

• Specific action steps 

• Up to a 3-5-minute “pitch” for how they can find you

Presentations are due by June 30.

Interviews
We’ll be reaching out to schedule interviews and/or panel interview sessions. Questions will be shared in advance.

3. NEXT LEVEL VIP PASS CONTRIBUTION

The Next Level VIP Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re sharing as part of the summit. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to grow your email list, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:

• Templates

• Workbooks

• Courses (big or small)

• 1-month memberships

• eBooks

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.

Anyone who does contribute a premium resource will get a 40% affiliate commission on sales. It’s also an opportunity to collect hundreds of extra email addresses as attendees claim your offer.

We cannot accept items that are currently offered for free on your site.

Information for these resources is due on or before JUNE 20. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information super simple.

Attendees will be able to start claiming your bonus once the summit starts on July 20.

4. PROMOTION

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on July 7th.

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any All Access or Next Level VIP Pass sales.

Swipe copy and graphics will be emailed to you in advance of the event.

5. EVENT PARTICIPATION

And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!

All I ask is that you participate in the Summit Community group to be available for any questions or comments related to your presentation.
