Ryan is a former college athlete that, after suffering a career ending injury, found himself in the world of finance. Ryan moved to Charlotte, North Carolina and built one of the largest financial planning firms in the southeast. Working with several professional athletes and having a gift of simplifying complex topics he was encouraged to write a book. His book, Foundation for Financial Excellence, launched shortly after name, image and likeness launched and quickly became a best-seller. After finding himself in the middle of the name, image and likeness, Ryan began building programs that taught athletes how to maximize the skills and opportunities they had through athletics. Ryan’s work focuses on money empowerment, a data and science based personal branding program and NIL engagement programs for athletes of all sports, divisions and genders. Ryan works closely with professional, college and high school athletes, teams and athletic departments from Power 5 to DIII.
