Scott is a former Division I two-sport athlete who has spent more than eight years coaching youth baseball at local, regional, and national levels, and studying what helps young athletes develop, compete, and reach their unique potential. Stephanie is a nationally accredited communications strategist who brings a systems-minded approach to the decisions, tradeoffs, and pressures families navigate along the way.
Together, they’re raising two competitive young athletes while documenting what they’re learning through Youth Sports Unfiltered, where they help parents cut through the noise, better understand the unique athlete in front of them, and make more intentional decisions about where their family invests its time, money, and energy.
